Credit Information
All orders under $3000 must be paid in advance by check or credit card
All orders over $3000 must be paid in advance by check or money order. Orders over $3000 may be paid with a credit card, but a 4% surcharge would apply.
Shipping
Shipping costs are additional, unless specifically included in the price, and only for Continental United States. Calendars are subject to 5% under/over the ordered amount, and your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount shipped.
